Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time with Dr. Dykes has been reserved specifically for you. We request at least 24-hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require rescheduling an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. All treatment fees are the patient's responsibility regardless of the insurance benefit available. As a service to our patients, we will handle all of the billing with the insurance companies. If you have any questions, our courteous and experienced team is always available to answer them.
