After evaluating your case, Dr. Bolerjack will be able to determine a price that fits your specific orthodontic needs.
We offer flexible payment plans and paid-in-full and multi-family member discounts. We will also check with your insurance company for orthodontic benefits. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance.
We’re happy to help you with filing insurance claims and paperwork. Insurance policies vary, so our team will review your insurance to determine the best course of action.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If your benefits change during the course of your treatment, the financially responsible party is still accountable for all treatment fees.
